Food to China •Taste From World, The 6th Edition of Food and Hospitality World (FHW CHINA 2017) opened with great triumph
The 6th Edition of Food and Hospitality World -FHW CHINA 2017, organized by Worldex-SingEx Exhibitions (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., co-organized by CCPIT Guangdong Committee and Guangdong Imported Food Association, and supported by its global strategic partner Fiera Milano S.p.A, had a grand opening at Area A on September 8th in China Import and Export Fair Complex.
Numbers of Countries made their debut in FHW CHINA
Compared with the previous edition, FHW CHINA 2017 registered a record in the number of national pavilions. Among them, it has been an honor hosting Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) which joined hands with FHW CHINA 2017, exhibiting 18 Singaporean manufacturers’ first presence in an exhibition in South China, which is of milestone significance for FHW CHINA. Singaporean food is an attractive selection for Chinese consumers who are more and more concerned about food safety!
Moreover, National Food Institute of Thailand with its 25 member of excellent Thai food producers taking up an area of 207 square meters at the main entrance of the fair. As the very first time on FHW CHINA 2017, Thai Pavilion presented the unique “Gourmet Kitchen”, a splendid Thai feast to the audience with fresh ingredients selected by five-star chefs.
The participation of the New Zealand Pavilion has brought in world famous Manuka honey, wine and other specialty products of pure natural flavor.
Domestic Food Sector on Hall 3.1
For the first time, with FHW CHINA- HOSFAIR jointly built the Domestic Food Sector in hall 3.1, more domestic food as green agricultural products in China were exhibited in the show. Using the brand influence of the two exhibitions, quality agricultural products and other food with Chinese characteristics got their brand to the public.
