Representatives of FHW CHINA organizer and Guangdong Imported Food Association (IFA) Liaison Department and Member Service Department visited Chengdu Food Industry Chamber of Commerce.

Chengdu Food Industry Chamber of Commerce was founded in May 2003, and became an independent corporation in 2005. Currently, it has one president, several vice presidents, executive directors and directors, and about 1000 members. It’s dedicated to providing information, technology, law, financing, promotion, training, personnel and other services to the members, helping members to exploit domestic and international market, promoting the development of economy, technology and trade cooperation, assisting the introduction of capital, technology and talents, facilitating industrial self-discipline, and coordinating the relationship between enterprises and industries. The chamber of commerce also runs the "Food" Magazine.

The visiting delegation introduced the latest news of FHW CHINA in 2017 and the strategic position of IFA in Guangdong imported food industry. The two sides shared experience and exchanged ideas on in-depth and extensive cooperation on many fields in the future.

With the development of the market, Chengdu local food companies realized that they should comply with the national policy of the “Belt and Road”, practice " going out "and" bringing in "strategy, and strengthen relations with the coastal areas and overseas institutions and enterprises. FHW CHINA and Chengdu Food Industry Chamber of Commerce reached a consensus that the two sides will actively team up to participate in exhibitors, exchange and observation activities abroad.

With a large oversea and domestic database, FHW CHINA and IFA can work as a bridge for enterprises to gain access to overseas markets and share resources with Chengdu Food Industry Chamber of Commerce to achieve a win-win situation.
