On March 7, FHW China Organizing Committee received the invitation of Committee of World Mater Chefs Competition for Cantonese Cuisine (WMCCC). They met Mr. Chen Peng Xiang, the director of the organizing committee.
 

Mr. Chen introduced the history and rich experience. Started in 2013, the Competition has been held in the third session. Each session has been supported by five Guangzhou food and beverage industry association: Association for the catering industry in Guangzhou, the Guangzhou Food Industry Chamber of Commerce, Guangzhou Technicians Association catering branch, Guangzhou City Food Industry Association and Guangzhou Cuisine Association. In 2015, more than 300 chefs from 30 countries participated in the finals, who had won from Zengcheng, Xinfeng, Shunde, Guangzhou four divisions. On November 27-29 Finals held in Guangzhou Pazhou International Exhibition Center. Most famous persons arrived such as Zhen Wenda, Li Manquan, Li Rurong, he, Zou Hong, Frankie Chan, Li Yongtai etc.
 

FHW CHINA Organizing Committee appreciated and cooperation relationship with local food association. FHW CHINA hoped during the September show, both sides would try to jointly organized food competition, thereby increasing the authority of the industry attraction. Director Chen appreciated the scene of competition scheme. Even according to the food provided by exhibitors, they could scheme western food competition not only to attract more food professionals in and abroad but also to promote the imported food.
 

Finally, both sides hoped to continue to maintain a cooperative and compatible attitude, and discussed the details of the activities of cooperation for more negotiations.
