Leading Italian companies into the Chinese market

UNAS  – Italian Conferderation of Frozen Food, a branch of UnionAlimentari:
New Group partecipation of Frozen Food section at the FHW China, trade show organized by Fiera Milano in cooperation with Unionalimentari. 
 

FHW China is the food&beverage trade show organized by Fiera Milano and the CCPIT, which in cooperation with Unionalimentari and other partner in the Food Industry, has opened the gateway to China market to more of 50 companies in 2015.


The trade exhibition is held at Pazhou Exhibition Center of Guangzhou, a city whith a population of 13 million habitants, close to Hong Kong and main ciry of a province of 46 milion people.

UNAS will be present from 22 to 24 sept 2016 in Fhw bring frozen food companies supporting the organizarion of the exhibition and extra activites helping companies in getting a better understand of the market.


The mission is well made among a numerous services like interpreter chinese/italian for each stand and per 3 days of show; markting visibility and adv page on show directory; marke visit tour guided by f&B experts in order to providing indeep information of the market to the companies; free subscrition on the e-commerce B2B platform www.food2china.com; networking cocktail, one night reserved only to exhibitors and VIP buyers; match making with qualified buyers; B2B meetings pre-organzied and support before-during and after the trade show; the last bu not least, local support to the companies from Chinese and Italian staff of Fiera Milano and UNAS.


Some numbers of the last edition: 17.500 visitors -530 VIP buyers and over 400 exhibitors from 20 countries, 1000 sqm of Italian exhibition space. The Italian pavilion has been the most significant international participation in the event. Some activities organized be the Italian Trade Agency – Office of Guangzhou ranged from Press Conference of the first day, Italian food testing and cooking show to commercial presentation of companies.


Being a concrete B2B event wih the participation of big numbers of qualified visitors and VIP buyers, FHW China has enjoyed the visit of more than 90% buyers which belonged to the professional food industry, marked 20% increment comparing to the last edition.


Unionalimentari funded a China Desk, supporting the small and medium enterprises entering the Chinese market. The China Desk supports also the frozen food companies, answering specific needs and economical requests, such as investigation of specific product, products labeling, translations, market reaserch, helping in market entering plans and investments, creation of B2B meeting between Italian companies and Chinese byers, starting commercial partnership, developing contacts with experts, sharing market information on new opportunities in China).


‘Beside enjoying sharing expercies with other enterprenauter of different sectors, the experince in FHW China has been very posite for all the companies that exhibited in the area of the Conferderation’ declered the UNAS President Renato Bonaglia. ‘The contact with the buyers have been numeros and of good quality. We have a great confidence and we believe that have made the first important step for our companies also by opening the Desk in the Asiatic area. Starting this Desk and mission we are confident to offer useful and new tools to the Confederation members while taking advantages of the new Cross-boarding e-commnerce policy which open a great opportunity to the Food sector too. We believe that there will be soon an increase of enterprenauters who share the importance of moving together to reach goals and sometimes would be difficult for thwe single company. For that reason I will invite all players in the frozen food sectors to be in contact with the Conferedation and discorver the range of opportunity and missions it can offers.
