Recently, Argentina Consulate General in Guangzhou has officially enrolled for FHW CHINA 2014. Meanwhile, as a supporter of the fair, they also bring along two Argentina beef suppliers to form Argentina Pavilion. This is the first time food products from Pampas Steppe appear in the fair, which will surely attract high attentions from Chinese buyers.
Pampas Steppe, centering on Buenos Aires and expanding into the west, looks like a huge semicircle. Mild climate all year around favors pasture growth, which makes Argentina the idea place for stock farming. With more than 60 million cattle stocked, Argentina ranks the first in the world in beef export. Argentinean beef is unique in nature. The Argentineans let their cattle graze in the open while most other countries raise their cattle in cowsheds. The natural production method makes Argentinean beef incomparable. Brazilian barbecue made of Argentinean beef is counted as the best.
The two Argentinean beef exhibitors will hold beef-tasting event at the fair. Buyers are welcome to join the live cooking process and taste the delicious Argentinean beef.
