From 14:00 to 15:00, November 11, Logistics Solution for Trans-border E-commerce of Food Industry seminar was held at forum area of FHW CHINA 2014. Mr. Naz Wen, assistant general manager of Worldex Fiera Milano Exhibitions (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., hosted the event. Firstly, Mr. Wolfgang Qi, CEO of FOOD2CHINA) gave a brief about FOOD2CHINA.com; then followed Ms. Wang Hongjie, public affairs director of Guangdong Sinatone E-commerce Logistics Co., Ltd., who introduced the operation pattern and services of Sinatone; Next, Mr. Yexian, director of Health and Food Inspection department with Guangzhou Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine, talked about government policies regarding admittance criterion for trans-border e-commerce of foodstuff; finally, Mr. Ye Mingheng, general manager of Guangzhou Dadoufa Import and Export Co., Ltd., shared his success experience with the audience.

Starting at 14:30, November 11, a supplier recruitment presentation was held by FHW CHINA 2014 sponsor Gdemall.  Gdemall is run by Guangdong Machinery Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., a subcompany of foreign trade giant Guanxin Holdings Group. The website covers 5 categories, including imported food, health care products and organic food. Dgemall’s large state-owned enterprise background give people more confidence to open shops or buy products at the mall. Director Wang introduced the competitive advantages and recruitment policy of Gdemall. Because of its powerful background, competitive “zero cost entry” policy, strict qualification examination of suppliers and comprehensive service, a lot of professionals were attracted to Gdemall’s booth after the presentation to know more about the mall.

At 10:30 a.m., November 12, a seminar focusing on franchise coffee shop business was held at the forum area of FHW CHINA 2014.
